JEJE GRILL Delivery Policy



Your items should be delivered within  60 minutes from the time of order, subject to change with respect to the preparation time for each dish, size of the food order processed, traffic conditions, and specific distance of delivery. Should this delivery time frame change, we will notify you as soon as possible.



The minimum food order for the delivery: $20.00.

The delivery charge is $3.00 to addresses within a 10 miles radius from the restaurant. (For delivery addresses that are beyond 10 miles please call the restaurant.)

JEJE GRILL Refund Policy


We’re serious about customer satisfaction. If there are any problems with your food order or an incorrect charge on your credit card, call us at (410)392-4000.



All sales are final unless problems with the order are confirmed with the restaurant and the restaurant determines that a refund is required. 


If Pick Up Order was not picked up by the end of the day, the refund will not be available.


Please keep in mind when dealing with credit card transactions that we and you are bound by the policies and procedures of the banks and credit card companies. Credits or adjustments will usually be made within a business day but your refund can take up to 7-10 days to appear on your account.



The following situations are rare but here is what you can do in case they do happen:



  1. Delivery time is beyond 2 hours after you place an order

    If a delivery order is not delivered within two hours, please contact the restaurant at (410)392-4000 for delivery status and a possible refund if your order has not been delivered or processed.


  2. Problems with items ordered

    All of our items are carefully packed by hand. Should your order be damaged in transit, or if you are unhappy with the item, please contact us at (410)392-4000, explain the situation and the reason for your return request. We will then replace the damaged item, refund you the cost of the goods or offer a credit on your next order. This will be at our discretion and subject to availability. We reserve the right to ask you to either return the damaged/unwanted items immediately or provide additional evidence of the damage such as a photograph before a refund or replacement is sent out.


  3. If the error is our fault

    If you are returning an item because of an error on our part, we will dispatch a replacement item or items to you, subject to availability. We reserve the right to refund you in the event that the goods are no longer available or we are unable to deliver the replacement.  We will offer a credit to the value of your next order. In all other circumstances where JEJE GRILL is not at fault, then you will remain responsible for the delivery charges.
